Warranty

Scentify provides a limited warranty on its diffusers to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If during this period a defect in material or workmanship is found, Scentify will replace the diffuser free of charge.

If the diffuser is found to be defective after the one (1) year period, a fee may be assessed for replacement or repair.

This warranty is void if other brand oils are used in the diffuser. Scentify recommends only using its own brand oils for best results. Additionally, this warranty is void if the diffuser is misused or not used in accordance with the instructions provided. This limited warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
