What are the bottle size options?

  • The 100ml (Fits Plug-in) screws directly into the Plug-in Diffuser V1 (Plastic insert stopper included in package).
  • The 100ml (Fits Plug-in V2) screws directly into the Plug-in Diffuser V2.
  • The 100ml (Fits Tower) screws directly into the Tower Diffuser.
  • The 470ml (Bulk Refill) can be used to refill any bottle.

Are the oils safe?

Scentify oils are a blend of synthetic and natural ingredients that are certified vegan and non-GMO, contain no parabens, phthalates or any toxic chemicals and are safe for humans and pets. The oils are manufactured in the U.S. and are in compliance with the IFRA code of practice.

Can Scentify oils be diluted?

Scentify oils are formulated specifically to work for Scentify diffusers and cannot be diluted.

Do the diffusers come with a scent?

No, the scents are sold separately. If you purchase a diffuser without a scent, it will come with an empty bottle. If you do purchase a scent, the bottle will come pre-filled.

How often do I need to refill my diffuser?

It depends on how you set the diffuser. On average each bottle should last 4-8 weeks.

Can I change my order?

We can accommodate most changes. Kindly reach out to us with your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel the order for you until it is marked as shipped. Once the order is marked as shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

How long does it take to process orders?

We try our best to ship all orders same day if placed before 12:00pm EST. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the U.S.A. and U.S.A. Territories.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Our products are also available in retail shops in various cities. Reach out to us for assistance.

Can I send an order as a gift?

None of our packing slips include any pricing. You can leave a personalized gift message in the notes section during checkout.

You can also purchase an e-gift card and send it to the recipient directly.

Do you offer samples?

We offer complimentary sample sticks. Kindly reach out to us.

Do you have wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing for corporate gifting and for resale in retail shops. (Not to be sold online)

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items must be in the original packaging and in working condition. Aroma oil returned without a cap will not be refunded.

Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded.
