Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We do our best to ship orders the same day if placed before 12:00 PM EST.

Please note:

  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Once a shipping confirmation is issued, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Important: If you do not purchase shipping protection, Scentify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped from New York City via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • For orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military bases, USPS Ground Advantage will be used.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST within Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan.

International Shipping
We now offer shipping to select regions in Canada—Ontario and Quebec.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • If a package is returned due to non-payment of duties or an incorrect address, shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Initial shipping costs for Canadian orders are non-refundable in the event of a return.

  • Returns from Canada are not eligible for free return shipping; return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We do not currently ship to other international locations outside of the U.S. and the above-listed Canadian provinces.
