Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders. You may return your product for:

• Store credit
• An exchange for a different product
• A refund to your original payment method

Please note the following conditions:

• Samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
• A full refund is only guaranteed if items are returned in their original, new, and unused condition.
• Items that have been opened or show signs of use may still be eligible for return within 30 days, but the refund amount may be adjusted at our discretion.
  
• Aroma oils returned without a cap will not be eligible for a refund.
  
• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For Canadian orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
